We believe that, ultimately, Jesus Christ is the Head and Chief Shepherd of our church (see Ephesians 4:15 and 1 Peter 5:4).  He has purchased the church with His blood, and He alone is the One who builds it.  According to Scripture, Jesus has appointed elders to carry out the roles of pastoring, teaching, overseeing, leading, and protecting the local expression of His body.  The elders who serve together to lead our family at REALITY are listed below.  We believe that, while both men and women are equal and express the image of God, the Lord has assigned the role of elder to the biblically qualified men that are among us (see 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1).
